November 20, 2025: Proclaimed today in BC as Child and Youth Day!

November 20, 2025, National Child Day, was proclaimed today in BC as Child and Youth Day!  

BCACDI was invited to attend the Legislature this morning to be introduced by Minister Wickens during Question Period.  

Denise and 8 Board Members attended on behalf of BCACDI membership.  

Minister Wickens highlighted the vital contributions of our members, supporting the development of over 62,000 children and youth/year, all across BC.  We were warmly welcomed into the House by the Premier and MLAs.

All kids receive timely developmental support.

All kids are included and participate in ways meaningful for them.

All kids belong.
